What is LuxuryVIPSuites.com?
We are a corporate hospitality broker, in business since 1992. We find private suites and group seating at stadiums, arenas and concert venues across the United States and Canada for companies entertaining clients, prospects or employees. You book the whole suite, typically for 10 to 40 guests. We do not sell individual seats.

Start with the headcount
Your group size decides the venue, the suite and the budget, so it is the best place to start.
You book a suite as a whole space, so a small group pays for the whole room. Tell us the event and the date and we will suggest what fits a group your size.
The smallest suites fit a group this size comfortably. Arena suites work better than stadium suites here. Twelve guests in a 40-seat football suite can feel empty.
The most common group size. Every venue we cover has suites this size, so you can choose based on the date that works for you.
Upper-level suites and party suites work best. Once a group passes about 30, standing-room layouts work better than fixed seating, because people move around and mingle.
Adjacent suites opened together, or a club space. Talk to us before you build a shortlist. Groups this size need more lead time.

- Football NFL and college. With only eight or nine home games a season, these are the hardest suites to get.
- Baseball Eighty-one home games a season, so it is easy to find a date that works.
- Basketball Quarters and halftime give your group time to talk.
- Hockey Two and a half hours, fast and social. Great for a team night out.
- Concerts Nobody has to root for a team or know the rules. The safest choice for a mixed guest list.
- Events Super Bowl, the bowl games, the Derby and the Rodeo. Each is scheduled and priced separately.

Access after the season is sold out
Most suites are leased for years at a time by companies that do not use every date. Those unused dates are not listed publicly. The owners bring them to us.

Most companies do not need a specific opponent. They need a Tuesday in November for twelve clients. We work across venues and leagues, so we can start with your date and find an event that fits.
